Imagine that during an RPG session your team faces the ultimate challenge. In a dark crypt, the Dark Lord appeared, a great shadow, a harbinger of destruction. Everyone holds their breath, surrounded only by the glow of candles and tension that could be cut with a knife. You play a paladin, a knight of light, and you are just trying to cast the spell of divine radiance, which could save the team... Your failure would doom everyone forever in the dark embrace of the Dark Lord. In this silence, you draw your weapon, shining dice so inspired by righteousness that they decided to shine themselves. The decisive move. Now! As you roll them on the table, they explode with a rainbow glow and turn the Lord of Destruction into a drag queen! That was not exactly what you meant. The whole group bursts out laughing, and the Game Master cannot help but comment: "You probably awakened something more than just your god". The Saturday night fever has begun!
