My faithful companion descended into the dungeons and pulled out trinkets from them. He showed me the better specimens to boast. I told him not to do that because someone would report him. I don't know if he listened to me, but he acts, so he still succeeds. Naive, silly lucky guy. One time he showed me an interesting thing - a strange disk that resembled dwarven mechanisms. I grabbed it in my hand and spun the mechanism. Then it caught me... visions of humanity's future, its dark times and the end. I saw a dark Sun, blood swamps on once fertile fields. Iron, lots of iron, a forest of swords on the hills. Brother killing brother and abducting sisters. The disk stopped spinning and I returned to the real world. I was sweaty. I was breathing shallowly. My companion looked at me and asked what happened. I did not answer him, but politely returned the disk and asked him to take it from me as soon as possible. After that, I could not sleep. I walked stressed, I had nightmares. I kept thinking about one thing. The Dark Future is coming.
