Melvina, chased by warriors of an enemy kingdom, a young girl fell into a dark cave. Its walls gleamed with a sinister glow, and at the bottom, in darkness and fog, lay a black dragon. "I know who you are and what you desire," it said in a deep voice. "If you become my wife and give me your heart and soul, I will destroy your pursuers." The girl, having no choice, agreed, and the dragon annihilated the attackers with a single breath of dragon fire. The threat passed, but Melvina had to pay a terrible price for salvation. From that moment on, the girl, the dragon's spouse, travels from settlement to settlement with a notebook, on the cover of which is a blue eye of the black dragon. On its pages, she records the number of livestock and summarizes the wealth and resources of a given place. Then a decision is made about which settlements the dragon can attack to rob them of sheep and gold. Every stroke of the pen falling on the notebook's parchment reminds her of the price she paid for life. Are you ready to become like her? The dragon may have many chosen ones… or chosen ones.
