Berry Forest is a place where dwarfs and tamed animals live in harmony, far from human settlements. Dwarfs live in their villages, hidden from human eyes deep in the forest, in tree trunks or burrows, next to animals. Guardians are young dwarfs, whose roles are played by players. In the forest, they serve as helpers to the inhabitants. Their goal is to discover who they want to be in the future – they do this by completing various missions. Guardians are a respected and useful part of the community: they fight wild animals, go on expeditions for things needed in the village, and also help anyone in need. In the forest, there are hidden Guardians' huts where they can regenerate their strength during missions.
Thanks to a very fast character creation process and the missions they undertake, Berry Forest is perfect for quick, spontaneous gameplay, even during car trips.

Berry Forest is a role-playing game that allows adults to lead adventures for children, during which they will take on the roles of helpful dwarfs – Guardians, living in Berry Forest. The game is free of harsh violence and, under adult supervision, children as young as four years old can participate!

The game is designed for two to six people. One of them – by default an adult – acts as the narrator, and the others – by default children – act as players. The players' task is to create Guardian characters and use their abilities to complete the mission undertaken.
The narrator's task is to create a fairy-tale world and use its possibilities to make the Guardians' mission educational and exciting. The chapter "Leading for Children" contains suggestions and advice for the game master. The narrator should familiarize themselves with it before sitting down to play. The manual contains ready-made scenarios!

In addition to the game book, six-sided dice, paper, and pencils are needed.
A role-playing game is nothing more than a systematized idea for playing with a child and telling stories together.
